Return window

You can ask for a return within 30 days of the day your order was delivered.

How to start a return

Call us at +1 3518371917 with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We will explain the next steps and send a return label if you need one.

Returns are sent by mail. You can choose either:

• a refund, or
• an exchange for another item of equal value.

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, an item must be:

• unused, not installed and undamaged
• in its original packaging
• complete, with all accessories, manuals and parts

Items that show wear, alteration or heavy use cannot be returned.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds and exchanges

Once we receive and check the item, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges are sent out as soon as the return has been checked.

We email you when your refund has been made or your replacement has shipped.

Cancelling or changing an order

Contact us as soon as you can. An order can be changed or cancelled only before it ships. After it has shipped, use the return process above.
